The Belgrade Chamber of Advocates informs the public that the Constitutional Court of Serbia made a decision in case Uo.104/2015 dated 15 October 2020, rejecting all initiatives to initiate proceedings for the assessment of the constitutionality and legality of the provisions of Article 1, Article 2. and Article 14.
