Education for Young Lawyers in Germany
We invite young lawyers up to the age of 35, who primarily practice civil and commercial law, to apply for the Program traditionally organized by the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation in cooperation with the Bar Association of Serbia. The application deadline is November 22, 2019, and the decision on candidate selection will be made by the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation. We emphasize that a high level of German language proficiency is a requirement for participation in this program, and candidates may be subjected to an appropriate language proficiency test.

Amendments to the Law on the Employment of Foreigners
In order to attract digital nomads to live and work in Serbia, the Ministry of Labor and Employment will propose changing two laws. The Ministry will propose this so that, on the condition that they had a gross salary of more than 3,500 euros for half the year, they would be granted a work visa for one year.
